Recent legislation governing the size of holiday lodges, built to either British Standard 3632 or British Standard EU 1647, has allowed an increase in the maximum size of a holiday lodge from 20ft by 60ft to 20 metres by 6.8 metres, or in my language and perhaps yours, roughly translating to 68.62 ft by 22.31ft. We would like to point out that Scotland is not covered by this recent change in legislation. We have had a number of requests from surfers and also the general public visiting shows and exhibitions, for a list of those lodge parks who can accommodate a holiday lodge of this size.
