Yaxham Waters Holiday Park is holding an Open Weekend where you and the family can come and view and find out more about the lodges and bungalows we have for sale.

We are really easy to find straight off the A47 signposted Dereham and then 5 minutes from Tescos down Dereham Road. We have an extremely popular cafe bistro on the park, 2 fishing lakes, new childrens play area and lots of wildlife!. Set in the heart of rural Norfolk and only 30mins from Norwich, 40 mins from the coast we are in ideal central position for days out etc.

Yaxham also has a great on line booking system for holidays and has an extremely successful subletting package which can yield new owners 5% per year after all annual costs for 5 years. Why not pop along for the day and have a leisurely walk around.

We are here to answer any questions you might have and all the lodges/bungalows will be open with no sales people hassling you!!. Call Neil on 07805 072 882 to book an appointment or just come and enjoy the countryside and a bite at the Bistro
