The vertical Canexel exterior cladding of The Viewpoint provides a high quality look that lasts. The glazed door beautifully opens up into the hallway of the home. The interior is well-organized, with a coat hook above the built-in bench seat; it’s a space that can be used to store the boots and rucksacks you’ll need for your outdoor adventures.

If you opt for a layout that replaces the games area with a more conventional dining area, this features a dining table with four dining chairs truly dedicated to hosting your delicious family meals.
If you decide to choose the layout with the games area, the dining area is still a wonderful feature in the home as the kitchen worktop extends and drops down to form the 6 seater dining table. This area features glamorous pendant lights above the table which has six leather dining chairs.
The attractive kitchen has handleless units which are made of a stainless steel and copper leaf finish. The island with bar stools is sure to be a great place to relax while chatting with the designated chef for the evening.
Everything you need to whip up a delicious meal is at your dispense including a five burner glass hob, one and a half bowl sink in gold with splashback, eye-level stainless steel electric oven with built in microwave above and integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Don’t forget about the integrated wine cooler!
After a long day of sightseeing, retire to the bedroom which conveniently has built-in wardrobes as well as your very own en-suite (in both bedrooms!) for that extra added level of privacy.
