To kick-start the new decade, Tingdene Homes revealed their first model into their 2020 collection – The Cosgrove.

Having not-long celebrated their 50th anniversary, this new Tingdene model is a reminder that they are just as committed to innovation and design as ever. The Cosgrove is available in both leisure and residential configurations. The leisure lodge version of the model sits harmoniously in countryside or woodland locations.

Designed with tradition and convenience in mind, the Cosgrove holds onto the timeless features beloved by many whilst including innovative aspects to compliment modern-day living. The unique double hip-end roof with side gable feature makes this lodge stand out from the rest. In-set LED spots featured inside and outside means your lodge can even be admired in the dark with light shadowing across the Canexel cladding.

The vaulted ceilings and abundance of windows help maximise light and space, whilst the modern and contemporary interior design maintains that home away from home feeling. This creates the perfect place to switch off and relax.

The kitchen/diner of the Cosgrove includes all the integrated mod-cons you would expect to find in a Tingdene holiday lodge. Behind the modern soft-close cupboard doors you’ll find the spacious split fridge and freezer as well as the hidden washing machine. The stainless steel electric oven has been fitted at eye-level, just for your convenience.

The modern glass dining table takes centre stage in this room, offering a modern and stylish way to host dinner with friends and family.

The living area is flooded with natural light from the feature windows slotted just below the hip-end vaulted ceiling. The lounge also features its own set of double sliding doors, which would be perfectly partnered with a decked space should you want to dine al-fresco and enjoy the surroundings of the lodge.

At the rear of the lodge, you’ll find the master bedroom with ample built-in storage space, so you don’t have to worry about over-packing for your break away. Neighbouring the master bedroom, you’ll find the single bedroom which also features a built-in wardrobe. This room is perfect for guests or if you have a little one with you.

The bathroom of the lodge is a generously sized showroom, boasting gleaming chrome and white aspects and featuring a luxurious rain-head shower.

The Cosgrove’s bijou footprint and modern décor would make a perfect couple’s retreat or a getaway for a small family.
