Captain Cook’s Haven is located alongside the banks of the River Esk, just a mile away from the popular seaside resort of Whitby in North Yorkshire. Volk’s Cabin lodges were added in 2018 and are individually set in their own enclosure with one king size double with ensuite shower. They have all the home comforts you’ll need and feature a large decking area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and lawn.

The park also offers some great facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool and playground for children of all ages. There’s plenty to see in the area from the many fishing villages, Robin Hoods Bay, the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway and a bit further away but great for the family, Flamingoland Theme Park.
