We have a sister park, Dacre Lakeside Park with an abundance of facilities which are available to owners at Coneygarth Lakes and Lodges, including the new Adventure golf, gelato kiosk, 7-hole pitch & putt golf course, tennis courts, bike hire, and the ever-popular Bert’s Pizzeria & Café, a restaurant over looking the main lake. We also offer a fabulous range of water sports on the main lake including windsurfing, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing.
In summer 2022 we introduced a fantastic Foot Golf for all the family to enjoy.
The village of Brandesburton offers lots of places to eat, such as Fish and Chips, Chinese, Traditional pub meals at the Dacre arms and more. There are also two shops in the village and a post office.

- How long is the park open?
The park is open 52 weeks of the year. You are free to visit your lodge all year round, although it may not be used as a permanent address.
- How much is the park fee?*
Park fees start from £3,150* to £3,850* for twin unit holiday homes and luxury lodges inclusive of VAT, dependant on the location at the resort.
- What warranty is there on the lodge?
There is a manufacturers warranty included with any new lodge, length of term and conditions are dependant on the manufacturers. Internal appliances are to be registered by the home owner.
- Can I rent out my lodge?
No, we are afraid not. Owners, friends and family are welcome although private rental is NOT permitted.
- Do I need a permanent address, and can I have my post sent here?
You MUST have a prime residential address in addition to your lodge on park. We do not facilitate post being delivered at the park, this would indicate that you are using your lodge as your main place of residence. You may have post redirected from your home address to the reception at Dacre Lakeside Park if you are staying at your lodge for a length of time.
- How many years can I keep my lodge on the park?
You may keep your single unit lodge on the park for a minimum of 25 years from date of manufacture, and luxury lodges start from 30 to 99 years license agreement.
