The charming fishing town of Brixham is home to fresh food markets, independent shops and delicious restaurants. The rows of colourful houses rising above the harbour create postcard-perfect scenes and a beautiful backdrop to your holiday. From here, you can easily explore further afield with day trips to Totnes, Dartmouth and even Dartmoor National Park, with excellent public transport links by road, rail or even steam railway.

There is plenty to see and do nearby, including a zoo, nature reserves, water parks plus the famous Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern.

Children will love the enclosed outdoor play area, perfect for little ones, while adults can relax in peaceful surroundings that capture the charm of the South Devon coastline.

Leisure facilities are located at our nearby sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat, just a short drive or a 10-minute walk away. Here, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer months, relax with a refreshing drink or light bite in the welcoming café and bar, or make use of the well-equipped fitness room.

How to get there

From the M5, at the A38/A380 fork, take the left-hand A380 towards Torbay. At the large roundabout at Newton Abbot, continue on the A380 towards Torquay. At the next roundabout, turn right to follow the A380 Ring Road. Continue along past Paignton and follow the signs for Brixham. Once in Brixham, follow signs to Landscove Holiday Park.
