Welcome to Moor Valley Country Park!

Let me give you an insight into what we have to offer at our Park and its surrounding area. Firstly, we have a superb selection of fully furnished and ready to move-in holiday homes.

Our Park operates an 11-month Holiday license so you can enjoy the benefits that this wonderful part of Yorkshire has to offer with the exception of February when the park is closed. Annual Pitch fees are £3,995 plus VAT.

We offer a 25 year license agreement with all our homes that are purchased from new.

We have onsite a warm and friendly local Pub, The Hudson Arms, where you can relax, reflect on the day's adventures and chat with family and friends new and old. Within a 30-minute drive there are 7 golf courses all offering a unique view into the surrounding countryside from parkland courses to Baildon Moorland course, which is 1 mile from our Park.

If its outdoor adventure you are looking for, we could not be better placed for enthusiastic runners, walkers, cyclists and climbers, positioned as we are at the base of Baildon Moor and 5 miles from Ilkley Moor. Looking out at the tranquil and peaceful countryside you have to remind yourself that Leeds City Centre is only 10 miles away, so if you need a little shopping therapy its right there.

Our stunning holiday homes are brand new and come ready to enjoy, with prices ranging from £75,000 to £150,000, including composite decking. We do occasionally have pre-loved homes on offer.
