Oakgrove Lodge

3 The Abbots is an 836 sq ft Oakgrove bespoke lodge in one of the park's more open positions. The wrap-around deck looks across the central green to the ornamental lily pond and its fountain. Sierra Canexel cladding, black uPVC windows, a Decra tiled roof, low brick base and private drive for two cars.

Inside, a vaulted living and dining space runs the full width, with a wall of windows on the view, a wall-mounted fire, leather seating and French doors to the deck. The dining table seats six. The kitchen has white shaker units, stone-effect worktops, a NEFF double oven, gas hob and chimney extractor.

Two bedrooms: a master double with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, and a twin with mirrored wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

A 12-month holiday home with gas central heating and double glazing, plus an integrated garden store for bikes and golf clubs.
