St. Tinney Farm is small, tranquil rural retreat, set in 34 acres of stunning secluded landscape, ten minutes away from the North Cornish coast and its award winning beaches, ready for making sandcastles, paddling, surfing and rock pooling.

We offer a serene, safe, and family focused park, with high quality facilities, with something for all age groups, swimming pool, licensed bar serving great food, nature trails, sand pit, play areas, ride on toys, games room (pool table, table football, table tennis, WiFi)  and five small coarse fishing lakes. There are a wealth of activities to enjoy nearby including golf, horse riding, surfing and sea fishing.

Just 4 miles from the sea and Atlantic coastline there are beautiful beaches in both directions. Located close to the Cornwall/Devon border, we are ideally situated to explore both Cornwall, and North Devon. Access is easy by car and we are approximately 2 hours drive from Bristol, 3 hours from Birmingham and 4 hours from London.

Viewing by appointment all year round, at your convenience and enjoy the privacy our well-spaced lodges, open views of the surrounding countryside and woodlands.

We welcome owners to bring up to two dogs with them during their stay and there is a fenced field for dogs to have a run around off the lead.
