Our brand new luxury resort is located just a 5 minute drive from the popular Scottish town of St Andrews, we are set in over 170 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with woodland walks leading onto Cameron Loch, owners and guests will be able to enjoy fantastic facilities all located within one destination!

​Within the Resort grounds we have a state-of-the-art Leisure & Retail Centre with outstanding facilities including :

Lodge owners have exclusive membership to the Gym & Sauna/Steam Room with all other facilities being open to the public. 

Autumn/Winter 2021 will see the arrival of an indoor swimming pool at the resort which will be an additional exclusive facility for our valued lodge owners. 

The Resort benefits from beautiful panoramic views across the countryside and river, with public transport links into St Andrews and Southbound to Leven. Nearby there are sandy beaches to explore, museums, historical ruins, an original functional cinema from 1930 and an abundance of some of the world's best golf courses!
