Our new £2.4M swimming pool, sauna & steam room 'The Barn' is open now here at Tregoad! This project reflects the Jacob's family commitment to enhancing the park and ensuring it remains a top destination for you, and our holiday guests alike. Our new pool embodies the essence of aspirational coastal chic living, while seamlessly complementing the park's existing charm. This stunning new pool is the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional park, and we can't wait for you to see it! In the area be sure to explore The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fishing village of Polperro and The Eden Project, all popular places to visit. On-park there should never be a dull moment as there is a children’s playground, kite flying field, games room, football pitch, softplay, disk golf course, dog agility course and dog spa. Also the award-winning Stargazy Bar & Grill with outdoor terrace to watch the sun set from around the fire is the perfect setting to make memories with loved ones.

We are currently offering an overnight stay to those interested in ownership. This allows time to discover all areas of the park, learn the running costs and the value in these, how they can be offset or covered by letting, funding options and of course our unrivalled selection of holiday homes and stunning pitch locations. It also allows the time to discover all the local area has to offer and the opportunity to spend an evening in our gorgeous bar bistro 'Stargazy', taking in the sunset sat around our fire pits there!
