We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Autumn 2024 marks the beginning of construction of a brand-new indoor pool at Tregoad. This project, a significant £2.4m investment, reflects the Jacob's family commitment to enhancing the park and ensuring it remains a top destination for you, and our holiday guests alike. To meet our goal of opening the pool by Easter 2025, work commences at the end of September 2024. We have already engaged contractors to carry out the build, and we're eager to bring this fantastic new facility to life for you to enjoy! Our new pool will embody the essence of aspirational coastal chic living, while seamlessly complementing the park's existing charm. Future phases of this development will include a steam room and sauna further enhancing your experience. We believe this stunning new pool will be the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional park, and we can't wait to share it with you.

In the area be sure to explore The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fishing village of Polperro and The Eden Project, all popular places to visit. On-site there should never be a dull moment as the park has an indoor pool, children’s playground, kite flying field, games room and café. Also 'Stargazy' bar & grill with outdoor terrace to watch the sun set from around the fire.
