Ullswater Heights is a brand-new holiday park where you can choose from a number of luxurious lodges that all come with hot tubs on the outdoor decking area; most are pet friendly too. The landscaped grounds make for a stunning setting in this former quarry.
Just a few miles away is the popular Ullswater Lake, a famous tourist spot for generations, full of rare wildlife that includes peregrine falcons, ospreys, red deer and even red squirrels.
You can enjoy the lake area by canoe, on foot, bike or for a special treat – steamer! Greystoke is also close by with a great selection of pubs and restaurants, for a perfect ‘outdoor’ holiday this park is truly a top choice, amazing views across both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The on-site restaurant also has a large outdoor seating area overlooking the quarry lake.
