Yaxham Waters

Yaxham Waters Holiday Park is set in 15 acres of rural countryside in the heart of Norfolk. The Park is only 30 mins from Norwich Airport and only 50 mins from the Cromer coast, Hunstanton, Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth.

Yaxham Waters is a very exclusive park with only 67 lodges on the park. For those people who are looking for a quiet hideaway this park is ideal. On the park itself we have a Cafe/bistro which serves meals that have all been prepared on the premises and is very popular with our owners, holiday guests and local residents. In fact we have just extended the amount of tables for this very reason!. 

If you are doing a large shop there are several supermarkets that are only a 5 minute drive away such as Tesco's, Lidl, Morrisons and Aldi in Dereham.

We have a lovely water feature to the rear of the Bistro where the kids can feed the fish, ducks, geese and our resident goat!! Also to the back of the Bistro there is an enclosed area where we have just had a brand new play area installed, so that everyone can eat outside and enjoy the sun whilst watching the children play in a safe environment.

The lodges we have for sale and rent are about 100 meters from the facilities and are set round one of our water features and fishing lakes. The fishing lakes are completely free to our owners and are well stocked with Carp, Golden Trench, Roach and Rudd. As you can imagine this is a very quiet area and is idyllic especially when a vintage steam train trundles past in the summer!

The park also runs a buy to let scheme where our owners can buy a lodge and then rent it through us and are guaranteed a 5% minimum return on their investment for 5 years after all the costs such as site fees, insurance cleaning etc. and can use the lodge themselves for 5 weeks. So you can relax and leave your lodge to earn you money and not have to worry as we do all the advertising, bookings and we take care of the holiday guests for you!
