We have noticed an increasing number of enquiries through our office asking for park home estates that sell timber lodges for residential purposes and are licenced to do so.
So much so, that we have introduced a Residential Lodge Park page on our sister site www.parkhomeliving.co.uk purely for that purpose.
We list below all our client residential parks that accept lodges in many areas of the UK. There probably are others - always ask!
- Angus - Seaton Estate are licensed for both residential and holiday.
- Ayrshire - Cunninghamhead Estate (will accept lodges with a pale Canexel cladding)
- Berkshire - Warfield Park (will accept lodges with a Canexel cladding
- Cornwall - Chy Noweth Park
- East Sussex - Cider House Park all lodges in a rural environment
- Highlands - Spindrift Park Homes
- Lincolnshire - The Elms (accepts lodges with timber cladding)
- Lincolnshire - Tye's Close
- Lincolnshire - Wolds Retreat (new development will accept lodges with timber cladding)
- Norfolk - Alder Country Park is licensed for both residential and holiday.
- North Yorkshire - Chestnut Farm
- North Yorkshire - Gateforth Park

- Perth & Kinross - Glendevon Residential Country Park is licensed for both residential and holiday.
- Strathclyde - Heatherbank (accepts lodges with a pale Canexel cladding)
- Wiltshire - Blunsdon Abbey Park (accepts lodges with a pale Canexel cladding)
