Victory Leisure Homes has introduced a brand new flagship lodge, designed to create a big impact. After bursting into the market at the Cottingham Parks, Lodge and Leisure Homes Show on September, it has already done just that. The brand new Cezanne is a gorgeous luxury lodge at the very top of the Victory range.

The Cezanne delicately balances classic, traditional, timeless design alongside the latest styling trends to create a visibly modern lodge. The stove effect fireplace, natural oak tones and plaid patterned curtains feel very country-cottage like, complemented by a modern yellow ochre colour scheme as well as ultra modern features, such as USB charge points, Bluetooth music centre and built in wine cooler.
At 42' long with two bedrooms, the Cezanne is Victory's most spacious lodge yet, featuring an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, a large hallway connected to the substantial untility/storage area accessible through the feautre porch to the side and a master and a twin bedroom, each with a luxury en-suite bath or shower room.
The living area, although large, feels very cosy with its huge L shaped sofa, chunky modern furniture and bold colours. With two sets of patio doors spanning the width of the room, the living space can easily be extended out to the patio. We can imagine nowhere better to enjoy a glass of wine on a warm summer's night!
The high gloss kitchen has a full range of integrated features, including a fridge/freezer, mid level oven, high level microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and wine rack, alongside plenty of storage space. The built in skylight floods the room with natural light and there is even a built in breakfast bar with modern leather bar stools.
The Cezanne is perfectly designed for the practicalities of everyday life, with a utility room containing a free standing washing machine, a sink and a really useful large walk in storage cupboard where you can keep your coats, shoes and other items neatly hidden away.
The bedrooms are equally as impressive, both featuring Hypnos mattresses and USB ports, with the yellow colour scheme continued through the soft furnishings.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full height wardrobes with sliding doors and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, twin basins and a sleek concealed cistern. The twin bedroom en-suite has a large shower and impressive sink area, with large mirror and built in lighting.
From outside, the Cezanne looks very homely, with a feature porch ready to be proudly adorned with your favourite potted plants. The lodge comes as standard with Artefoam cladding and could be tailored to a style that suits you with a range of colour options or could even be timber clad for a really authentic look.
Built to the latest residential standards BS3632, the Cezanne is a lodge ready to move into and would not only make a luxurious holiday home, but is easily well equipped enough for use as a main residence (which is always subject to having the correct licence and planning of course!)
