At Yaxham waters holiday park in the heart of Norfolk we are holding an end of year open day and you are invited. We have a great selection of preowned lodges for sale, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some of which are open to offers and some that have special financial packages aimed at saving you money.

Located At

1. Find your way to the M11/ M25 interchange. 2. Follow the M11 North, leaving at junction 9 towards Newmarket / Norwich / A11. 3. Follow the A11 which merges onto the A14. 4. Leave the A14 and head back on to the A11 at junction 38 towards Thetford / Norwich. 5. After passing around Thetford there is a roundabout – the fifth since leaving the A14. Take the 1st exit onto the A1075 towards Watton / E. Wretham. 6. Continue along A1075, pass through Watton and after a further 7 miles take a right turn which should be signposted for Yaxham. (If you miss it the road continues into Dereham where you can turn right at the end and follow the road back towards Yaxham) 7. Continue into Yaxham, over the railway and to the T-junction. Turn left here and follow the B1135 (Dereham Road) for a quarter of a mile or so – the holiday park is on your left.
