Tucked away just two miles from the beautiful town of Lytham, Oaklands Leisure Park is open all year round and offers a relaxed base to explore the very best of the Fylde Coast. Lytham itself is a real gem, famous for its iconic windmill, stylish shops, and lovely places to eat and drink.

Just around the corner is the picturesque village of Wrea Green – it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stop and take it all in. If you fancy venturing out a little further, the bustling towns of Kirkham and St Annes are only a short drive away.

Our brand-new lodge development is set apart from the touring area, offering peace and privacy. Each lodge sits on a solid concrete base and includes parking and a veranda – perfect for soaking up the views of the open countryside that many plots enjoy.

Conveniently located between Preston and Blackpool, Oaklands is close to the M6 and M55 motorways, making it easy to get to and from. There’s a bus stop right at the park entrance, and the nearest train station is just down the road in Lytham.

In the nearby village of Warton, you’ll find all your day-to-day essentials, including a Co-op, Spar, Post Office and McColl’s – plus a good choice of local pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.

Lytham is only a few minutes away by car, and alongside its seaside charm, you’ll find everything from boutique shopping to bustling cafés. Larger supermarkets like Morrisons and Marks & Spencer can be found in Kirkham and St Annes for your bigger shops.

And if you're up for a bit of fun, Blackpool is just 8 miles away – with all the classic seaside attractions from the famous Tower to the Pleasure Beach and the Zoo. For a spot of retail therapy, head over to Preston, just 7 miles from the park.

Whether you’re into fishing, golf, birdwatching or simply enjoying the outdoors, there’s plenty to do nearby – or you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Oaklands.
