With our park now open for 11 months of the year, you have even more time to enjoy everything we have to offer, along with the beautiful surrounding areas. We’re excited to introduce our two new lodge developments - Park View and Elmwood - where you can choose from two or three-bedroom lodges. Each lodge comes with fantastic perks like private parking bays, EV charging points, super-fast WiFi, and your first year’s site fees included in the price!

We’ve got a great selection of lodges for sale on the Essex coast, giving you the perfect spot to enjoy the seaside whenever you fancy. As a holiday lodge owner, you have the freedom to bring the family for some fun or sneak away for a peaceful solo retreat.

Owning a lodge at our park also means you get access to a wide range of on-site facilities. We have an in-store bakery, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a games room, children’s play areas, and a bar and clubhouse with regular entertainment. Plus, there’s a golf driving range, an 18-hole golf pitch & putt course, Crazy Golf, UK FootGolf, and four well-stocked fishing lakes for you to enjoy.
