Nestling at the heart of the Waveney Valley, on the border between Suffolk and Norfolk, lies Waveney Valley Lakes, an unspoilt haven of wildlife framed by idyllic villages and unique market towns. Escaping from the frantic pace of everyday life, Waveney Valley Lakes is the perfect Holiday Home destination, and it’s just waiting for you to discover it.

With tranquil surroundings and warm hospitality, you can’t help but fall in love with the Park’s timeless beauty and gentle stillness. Blessed with acres of natural habitat the Park is celebrated for its prolific diversity of flora and fauna. With nearly 25 acres of lakes, 11 acres of willow meadow and groves of mature woodland, Waveney Valley Lakes is home, to barn owls, kingfishers and herons, as well as a wide variety of warblers and a great assortment of dragonfly and demoiselle.

The park is ideally suited to retired or semi-retired couples seeking a tranquil retreat; or mature families seeking a rural escape; dogs are well catered for too, with easy walks through the park’s meadows and woods or longer walks, accessible directly from the park, amongst the surrounding landscape.

Whether you’re looking for an affordable second home, a peaceful retirement retreat or simply a tranquil weekend sanctuary, Waveney Valley Lakes can offer a Holiday Home that suits you for 52 weeks of the year.

You can choose a ready sited new or pre-owned Caravan Holiday Home or Luxury Lodge, or select one of our new development plots for a brand new Lodge or Caravan direct from the manufacturer.

Choose one of our Lakeside plots with a sundeck and fenced garden, and you could soon be enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings and tranquil ambience of Waveney Valley Lakes.
